Note

1. The above rate of tution fees is inclusive of additional fees of Rs. 1/- to be collected from the students admitted into Hons. subjects.

2. Tution fees etc. will be collected in two terms every month faling which the names of the students will be struck off. The tution fees for 2/3 months shall be collected at the time of Admission/Readmission.

3. Those who will fail to deposit tution fees etc. on due date defaulter fine of Rs. 5/- will be collected along with normal fees on subsequent date of failing which addl. Fines @ Rs. 20/- per day shall be collected.

4. Those who will not pay tution fees etc. every month their names will be struck off from the college roll and admission fee equal to the tution fee per month shall be collected at the time of readmission in addition to the fines as mentioned in (Para - 4) above.

5. Tution fee etc as applicable shall be added for two months at the time of admission in respect 1st term (June to November).

6. Migration Fees Rs. 50/- shall be collected from he candidates passing from other Board/University as applicable.

7. Fee paid once will not be refunded / Nor can it be adjusted in any manner.

Identity Card

Soon after admission, each student will get an identity card which should be returned at the time of taking T.C./C.L.C. A student shall have to pay Rs. 30/- and submit a passport size photograph for getting a duplicate identity card. Student are bound keep the identity card with them while they are travelling or inside the college campus.

Library Card

LIbrary Card will be issued to the students only on production of identity card along with admission cash receipt.

Issue of T.C./C.L.C.

All kind of certificates, T.C./C.L.C. ordinarily be issued on the third day of application by payment of Rs. 30/- Duplicate C.L.C./T.C. may be issued on production of court affidavit along with an undertaking.

Time Table : Each student is provided with a copy of the time table.

Instrument

Each Biology student is required to have his/her own dessecting instrument, use of apron is mandatory for students in Chemistry Laboratory.

Fees

(a) Tuition fees will be collected in two terms every year.

(b) Migration fees Rs. 50/- shall be collected from the candidates passing from other

Board/University as applicable.

(d) Additional fees to be collected after the concerned selections are made.

- Additional fees Rs. 50/- shall be collected from the students selected to offer

Education at +2 level (Arts)

- Additional fees Rs. 500/- shall be collected from the student at the time of taking

Honours admission.
